Where tradition and transformation take the field together
From the Legends who helped forge this city to the newcomers shaping the future of pittsburgh lacrosse Today — Thank you to our sponsors
Official Sponsor of Iron City Stadium (Arsenal Middle School)
They brought the Iron. They brought the City. And they brought the belief.
A true Pittsburgh Original. Iron City Beer has been a part of the city’s fabric for over 160 years—from neighborhood bars to ballparks, from steelworkers to artists. Their support of the Rich Rattner Classic brings the same pride and tradition to the field, helping to launch the next chapter of Pittsburgh Lacrosse
For the pregame, postgame, and maybe-don’t-ask-about-it-in-between game
Keeping Spirits high and pitchers full. A true Pittsburgh Staple. Rich and the William Penn Tavern have had an incredible impact on generations of lacrosse players in Pittsburgh.
Be sure to check out our post-Saturday event at the Tavern located down the road from both fields!
Official Sponsor of the Sixes Prize League Arena (Sullivan Field)
Started in 2023, the Sixes Prize League set out to bring the fastest, most competitive version of lacrosse to Pittsburgh. With a televised, pro-style, high-intensity format, played for prize money, the league has energized the adult lacrosse scene across Western PA and is now expanding into Maryland.
Their commitment to growing the game at the adult level is admirable, and we couldn’t be more exited to partner with SPL as we work to shape the next generation of WPIAL MVPs and raise the bar for competition at every level.
Be sure to check out all the SPL has to offer—including game footage featuring many of the teams competing in the Rich Ratner classic at their website sixesprizeleague.com
This tournament was once just an idea— one rooted in passion, community, and a love for the game. But thanks to the support of our generous sponsors, it became a reality. We are incredibly grateful for their belief in our mission and their commitment to growing lacrosse in Pittsburgh
